CRO Manager

Location: US / Remote (can be worldwide – EST mornings required)

Salary: Competitive 

Experience: 3+ years running CRO at a 7–8 figure DTC brand

We’re supporting a fast-growing, DTC pet brand as they scale. We’re building a world-class team to scale smarter and faster, and now we’re looking for a CRO Manager to own our onsite experience and conversion.

This isn’t a “test a few button colours” role. We want someone who has built and run CRO before at scale – managing developers and designers, leading experimentation roadmaps, and obsessing over how to turn browsers into buyers.

The CRO Manager will:

• Lead all CRO initiatives across site and offers

• Build and own a strong testing pipeline (2-3 tests weekly)

• Manage 1 designer and 2-3 devs to execute tests

• Analyze results and deliver weekly reports with insights and next steps

• Create and run a structured process (Asana/Monday) to ensure accountability

• Push independent ideas forward, not just execute tasks

Profile we’re looking for:

• Proven experience of 2+ years running CRO in high-growth DTX/e-commerce brands of 8/9 figure brands

• Balance of data analysis + creative thinking

• Ability to lead a small execution team and operate independently

• Speed and ownership mindset

Success in this role looks like

• Test velocity and learnings increase month-on-month.

• Conversion rate lifts across key funnels (landing → checkout → repeat).

• Clear ROI impact on paid acquisition and new customer growth.

• Developer/designer team humming with clarity, pace, and accountability.
