We’ve teamed up with the fast-growing digestive health brand, Epetōme, who are now in the market to secure an Influencer Executive to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand scaling at pace and play a key role in the delivery of a high-performing paid influencer programme — supporting growth through creator partnerships, whitelisting, and micro-level deals.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a commercially minded Influencer Executive to support and accelerate Epetōme’s paid influencer and affiliate programme.
Working closely with the Influencer Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing micro-level partnerships and whitelisting activity — ensuring creator collaborations are delivered smoothly, assets are approved and on time, and partnerships are set up to scale profitably through paid social.
This role is central to unlocking further growth: by owning the day-to-day delivery and micro/affiliate activity, you’ll enable the Influencer Manager to focus on scaling macro partnerships and long-term creator relationships.
Main Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Execution
Support the smooth delivery of paid influencer and affiliate campaigns
Prepare and track briefs, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and approvals
Ensure contracts, usage rights, and deliverables are agreed and managed clearly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure paid content is delivered on time
Micro - Influencer & Affiliate Ownership
Take ownership of micro influencers and affiliate partnerships end-to-end
Manage negotiations, contracting, content approvals, tracking, and reporting
Build a reliable pipeline of micro creators aligned to brand tone and performance goals
Whitelisting & Boosting
Secure whitelisting permissions and usage rights so creator content can be used as ads
Work closely with the paid social team to ensure assets are correctly delivered and ready to scale
Ensure whitelisted content is properly documented and compliant
Talent Discovery & Relationship Building
Identify new micro-influencer and affiliate opportunities
Liaise directly with creators, managers, agents, and talent partners
Build strong, professional relationships with creators who consistently deliver
Reporting & Performance Support
Set up links, discount codes, and tracking tools
Support campaign performance reporting and recaps
Share insights on what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve creator output over time
Growth & Development
Stay up to date with platform trends, competitor activity, and creator best practices
Contribute ideas to optimise the influencer strategy and creative output
Grow into managing larger campaigns and bigger creator deals over time
Key Skills
1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, paid social, affiliate marketing, talent management, or similar
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating directly with creators, managers, and agents
Comfortable handling admin-heavy work including contracts, budgets, approvals, and tracking
Commercially aware — understands performance, ROI, and why influencer is a growth lever
Proactive, ambitious, and excited to develop into larger partnership ownership
Interest in health, wellness, lifestyle, or beauty is a strong plus
